Afya’s fiscal year ends December 31. Quarterly periods conclude on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.
We have not adopted a dividend policy with respect to future distributions of dividends. We currently intend to retain all available funds and any future earnings to fund the development and expansion of our business and we do not anticipate paying any cash dividends in the foreseeable future.
